I want to leave a complaint. 16.08.2025 , we had dinner at the Edem restaurant on the first floor. There were four person of us, and the bill amounted to 179.40 lari. There was NO SERVICE. We waited for 1,5 hours for our salmon steak on the grill. They forgot to bring us the Adjarian khachapuri !!!! After 1.5 hours, the waitress (a blonde girl) said, "Oh, I forgot to bring you the khachapuri."We asked to be given khachapuri and steak to take home. The khachapuri was served without butter (2 pieces of butter were not included at all-they forgot). In addition to this, the prices on the menu do not match reality! The bill included 3 pieces of chicken shashlik for 14 lari each, while the menu in the restaurant listed the price at 12 lari and the price on the website was 12 lari for the shashlik. The waitress responded, "We have an old menu." This is unacceptable! My mood was ruined by visiting your restaurant. Learn to work and serve your customers. It's unclear why you charge 15% service fees on the bill.This is a deception of the restaurant's customers. I will definitely post negative reviews on all websites.
